Abstract

The synthesis of dicyclic spiropyridazine oxoindole derivatives by using [3+3]-cycloaddition of -unsubstituted isatin ,'-cyclic azomethine imine 1,3-dipoles was reported. The products bearing two consecutive stereocenters, including spiroquaternary stereocenters in one ring structure, can be effectively obtained in moderate to excellent yields (20-93%) and low to moderate diastereoselectivities (1:9-10:1 dr). The synthesized compounds (>35 examples) were characterized by single-crystal XRD, FTIR, NMR, and mass spectral analysis.

通过[3+3]-环加成反应,未取代的靛红、'-环取代的亚甲胺 1,3-二极体合成了二环螺[吡啶嗪-2,3'-氧吲哚]衍生物。报道了有效获得了包含一个环结构中螺季碳立体中心的两个连续立体中心的产物,产率中等至优秀(20-93%),非对映选择性低至中等(1:9-10:1 dr)。通过单晶 XRD、FTIR、NMR 和质谱分析对合成的化合物(>35 个实例)进行了表征。
