The authors propose using industrial activated carbon as a base for hemosorbents and show the methods of choosing the optimal size of the sorbent grain. The results of using the column with a pseudo-liquefied layer and the apparatus with an unfixed layer of hemosorbent are given. Using enterosorption was proposed for the treatment of a number of disorders including allergic diseases.
