Different methods of sorption detoxication used at the early postshock period in 249 patients with severe mechanical injuries and experimental investigations in 144 rabbits have shown the early sorption detoxication to be a pathogenetically justified method in the complex treatment of critical patients. The application sorption and, under clinical conditions, enterosorption reduce the endogenous intoxication, normalize the parameters of homeostasis, lessen the amount of complications and lethality. The authors do not recommend using hemosorption in critical patients at the early post-shock period.
在249例重度机械性损伤患者休克后早期采用的不同吸附解毒方法以及对144只家兔进行的实验研究表明,早期吸附解毒是危重症患者综合治疗中一种符合发病机制的合理方法。应用吸附法,以及在临床条件下的肠吸附法,可减轻内源性中毒,使内环境稳定参数正常化,减少并发症数量和死亡率。作者不建议在休克后早期对危重症患者使用血液吸附法。
