Abstract

OBJECTIVE

In this study, the antioxidant properties of plant were evaluated. This study reported for the first time the wound healing activity of the methanol extract of fruits. This study aimed to assess and determine the possible pharmacological activities of and evaluate its potential to act as a wound care plant.

METHODS

The antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of were investigated using excisional and wound healing mouse models. A total of 32 Balb-c mice were used, which were equally, divided into four groups: saline control group, control group, group, and extract group. Treatment applications were performed topically once per day. Wound area narrowing, wound healing percentage, and epithelialization time were analyzed.

RESULTS

application supported the healing process in and wound models. contributed to the healing process by promoting granulation tissue formation, epidermal regeneration, and angiogenesis.

CONCLUSIONS

Wound healing is a complex and well-organized process that requires communication between cells. The antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of extract have been determined by current studies. extract may provide significant benefits in promoting the wound healing process.

摘要

目的

在本研究中,对某植物的抗氧化特性进行了评估。本研究首次报道了该植物果实甲醇提取物的伤口愈合活性。本研究旨在评估并确定该植物可能的药理活性,并评估其作为伤口护理植物的潜力。

方法

使用切除伤口和创伤愈合小鼠模型研究了该植物的抗氧化和抗菌活性。总共使用了32只Balb-c小鼠,将它们平均分为四组:生理盐水对照组、对照组、该植物组和该植物提取物组。每天进行一次局部治疗应用。分析伤口面积缩小、伤口愈合百分比和上皮化时间。

结果

该植物应用支持了切除伤口和创伤愈合模型中的愈合过程。该植物通过促进肉芽组织形成、表皮再生和血管生成,对愈合过程有促进作用。

结论

伤口愈合是一个复杂且组织良好的过程,需要细胞间的通讯。目前的研究已经确定了该植物提取物的抗氧化和抗菌活性。该植物提取物在促进伤口愈合过程中可能会带来显著益处。
