Oestradiol-17beta caused a marked reduction of RNA content in the cortex, hippocampus, brain stem, hypothalamus and RNA synthesis in the pituitary. LH-RH had facilitatory effect on the cortical and inhibitory influence on the hypothalamic RNA synthesis in vitro, and suppressed the pituitary RNA synthesis both in vivo and in vitro. The possible regulatory role of the LH-RH in the nucleic acid metabolism in discussed.
17β-雌二醇使皮质、海马、脑干、下丘脑的RNA含量显著降低,并使垂体中的RNA合成减少。促黄体生成素释放激素(LH-RH)在体外对皮质RNA合成有促进作用,对下丘脑RNA合成有抑制作用,且在体内和体外均抑制垂体RNA合成。文中讨论了LH-RH在核酸代谢中可能的调节作用。
