Choriocarcinoma in mother and child is extremely rare and review of the literature revealed only six reported cases. We are presenting the seventh such case. Autopsy of the fetus of 39 weeks' gestation revealed metastatic choriocarcinoma. Workup of the mother showed an occult choriocarcinoma in the uterus. Aggressive chemotherapy was initiated promptly and remission was achieved.
母婴患绒毛膜癌极为罕见，文献回顾仅发现6例报道。我们现报告第7例此类病例。对一名妊娠39周胎儿进行尸检发现转移性绒毛膜癌。对母亲的检查显示子宫存在隐匿性绒毛膜癌。迅速开始积极化疗并实现了缓解。
