Abstract

Five new spirostanol saponins (1-5) and seven known compounds (6-12) were isolated from the n-butanol fraction of 75% ethanol extract of Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus. The identification and structural elucidation of all the isolates were performed through extensive 1D and 2D NMR experiments, HR-ESI-MS data analysis and comparisons with literature values. Antioxidant evaluation showed that compounds 6-11 exhibited certain scavenging effects on ABTS radical, where compounds 6, 7 and 11 had IC values of 0.208, 0.057 and 0.014 mg·mL, respectively.

从薤白75%乙醇提取物的正丁醇部位分离得到5个新的螺旋甾烷醇皂苷(1-5)和7个已知化合物(6-12)。通过广泛的一维和二维核磁共振实验、高分辨电喷雾电离质谱数据分析以及与文献值比较,对所有分离物进行了鉴定和结构解析。抗氧化活性评价表明,化合物6-11对ABTS自由基具有一定的清除作用,其中化合物6、7和11的半数抑制浓度(IC)分别为0.208、0.057和0.014 mg·mL。
