This case report describes a patient with retinal vasculitis and intraocular inflammation secondary to lymphomatoid granulomatosis who was later found to have concurrent cytomegalovirus retinitis. Case report. The patient was treated with antivirals and his condition improved. Lymphomatoid granulomatosis is a rare multisystem disease that can involve the eye but it is important to consider concurrent infectious etiologies.
