Metastatic basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is rare and the cutaneous lesions in such cases are long-standing and grossly neglected. In order to establish the diagnosis, certain criteria have to be satisfied. A case of BCC of the scalp that metastasized to the lungs is here reported.

转移性基底细胞癌（BCC）较为罕见，此类病例中的皮肤病变长期存在且严重被忽视。为了确诊，必须满足某些标准。本文报告了一例头皮基底细胞癌转移至肺部的病例。
