A novel Pd-catalyzed enantioselective aminochlorination of alkenes via a 6- cyclization is reported herein, which provides easy access to a wide array of structurally diverse 3-chloropiperidines in good yields with excellent enantioselectivities. Notably, both an electrophilic chlorination reagent (NCS) and the sterically bulky chiral pyridinyl-oxazoline (Pyox) ligand are crucial to the successful reaction.
本文报道了一种通过6-环化反应实现的新型钯催化烯烃对映选择性氨氯化反应,该反应能以良好的产率和优异的对映选择性方便地合成多种结构多样的3-氯哌啶。值得注意的是,亲电氯化试剂(NCS)和空间位阻较大的手性吡啶基恶唑啉(Pyox)配体对该反应的成功都至关重要。
