We aimed to investigate the predictive role of systemic immune inflammation index (SII) on atrial fibrillation (AF) recurrence following cryoballoon-based AF ablation. A total of 370 consecutive patients with symptomatic AF who underwent cryoablation were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups according to recurrence development. During the follow-up period of 25.0 ± 6.7 months, recurrence was observed in 77 patients (20.8%). Receiver operating characteristic analysis demonstrated that using a cutoff level of 532, SII had a sensitivity of 71% and specificity of 68%. In the multivariate Cox model, high SII was a significant predictor of the recurrence. This study showed that higher SII level is an independent predictor of AF recurrence.
我们旨在研究基于冷冻球囊的房颤消融术后全身免疫炎症指数（SII）对房颤（AF）复发的预测作用。共纳入 370 例接受冷冻消融的有症状 AF 连续患者。根据复发情况将患者分为两组。在 25.0±6.7 个月的随访期间，77 例患者（20.8%）复发。受试者工作特征分析表明，使用 532 的截断值，SII 的敏感性为 71%，特异性为 68%。多变量 Cox 模型显示，高 SII 是复发的显著预测因子。这项研究表明，较高的 SII 水平是 AF 复发的独立预测因子。
