[健康人的血液多胺水平]

A fraction content of free and conjugated polyamines was studied in whole blood of 70 practically healthy persons. Spermine and spermidine were mainly found among the polyamines with some quantitative predominance of the latter. Putrescine was not observed in blood or its amount was not detected by means of spectrophotometry. The data obtained suggest that the free and conjugated polyamines should be studied simultaneously.

对70名实际健康者的全血中游离和结合态多胺的含量进行了研究。在多胺中主要发现了精胺和亚精胺，后者在数量上占优势。在血液中未观察到腐胺，或者通过分光光度法未检测到其含量。所获得的数据表明，游离和结合态多胺应同时进行研究。
