Development of complexes between diabetogenic factor and heparin was shown to be responsible for effective neutralization of the factor activity. The complexes of heparin and the diabetogenic factor were obtained when various rations of the reagents were used; properties of the complexes were studied. The complexes produced, in the ratios of heparin/diabetogenic factor 1:1, 1:3, 1:6, 1:12, did not exhibit the nonenzymatic fibrinolytic activity.
