[Reaction of leukocyte migration inhibition in patients with uveal melanoblastoma].

The paper presents the results of melanoma antigen-mediated reaction of inhibition of leukocyte migration performed in 164 patients (malignant melanoma of the uveal tract-82 and glaucoma and other non-uveal pathology-82 cases). The reaction offers means for identifying cellular immune response to melanoma antigens in uveal melanoma patients. It may be useful in the diagnosis of malignant melanoma of the eye.
