Under study was the reaction of suppression of leucocytes migration in 28 patients with melanoma and in 15 healthy donors. In patients with the local neoplastic process the suppression of their lymphocytes migration under the melanoma extract influence was much more frequently observed and wos more significantly pronounced than in healthy donors and patients with metastases, especially in cases of wide tumor spread. Enhanced migration noted in a number of cases was associated with an unfavourable clinical course. Likewise, the enhanced migration was observed 2--3 weeks following resection of primary melanoma and in one case--at the end of the chemotherapy course.
对28例黑色素瘤患者和15名健康供体的白细胞迁移抑制反应进行了研究。在患有局部肿瘤病变的患者中，黑色素瘤提取物对其淋巴细胞迁移的抑制作用比健康供体和有转移的患者更频繁地被观察到，而且更为明显，尤其是在肿瘤广泛扩散的情况下。在一些病例中观察到的迁移增强与不良的临床病程相关。同样，在原发性黑色素瘤切除后2至3周以及在一个病例中——在化疗疗程结束时观察到了迁移增强。
