[Intraductal papillomatosis of the breast in a female infant].

The case of a 4 9/12 years old girl with circumscript periareolar papillomatosis of the breast is presented in which a recidative occurred one year later and was resected with the attached ductus lactiferus. Aetiology and pathogenesis are discussed in relation to mammogenesis, infantile makromastie and other papillary tumors of the breast.
