A case of a child with an antral mucosal web is presented. The literature concerning these webs in children and adults is reviewed. Several conclusions are reached. First, the etiology of these webs in adults and children is different. Second, webs are not usually considered in a differential diagnosis of gastric outlet obstruction, and the correct diagnosis is often not made even with contrast radiography and endoscopy being employed. Thirdly, it is speculated that division of these webs via the endoscope is quite plausible.
本文报告一例患有胃窦黏膜蹼的儿童病例。对有关儿童和成人此类蹼的文献进行了综述。得出了几个结论。首先，成人和儿童此类蹼的病因不同。其次，胃出口梗阻的鉴别诊断通常不考虑蹼，即使采用造影检查和内镜检查也常常无法做出正确诊断。第三，推测通过内镜对这些蹼进行切开是相当可行的。
