Abstract

Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) typically involves a skin rash, mucositis, and conjunctivitis. Previous reports of SJS without skin manifestations affect children and are usually associated with infection. We present a rare case of oral and ocular SJS without skin lesions in a healthy adult after exposure to azithromycin without mycoplasma pneumonia infection.

摘要

史蒂文斯-约翰逊综合征（SJS）通常累及皮疹、口腔炎和结膜炎。既往关于无皮肤表现的SJS的报道多涉及儿童，且通常与感染有关。我们报告1例健康成人在未感染支原体肺炎的情况下，服用阿奇霉素后出现无皮肤损害的口腔及眼部史蒂文斯-约翰逊综合征的罕见病例。
