Preoperative calculations employing geometric methods make it possible to determine the optimum site for forming the trephination opening and the position of the plane for parting the clips in operations of stereotaxic clipping. Some new special terms are suggested which are used in geometric constructions. The suggested method was applied in 23 operations on 20 patients with arterial and arteriovenous aneurysms of the brain treated by the method of stereotaxic clipping.
采用几何方法进行术前计算，能够确定立体定向夹闭手术中形成环钻开口的最佳位置以及夹片分离平面的位置。文中提出了一些用于几何构造的新的特定术语。该方法应用于20例患者的23台手术，这些患者均患有脑动脉和动静脉动脉瘤，并接受了立体定向夹闭治疗。
