Abstract

Trichoptysis or coughing of hairs is a rare symptom, but is pathognomonic for a teratoma with tracheobronchial communication. We present such a rare case with F-flurodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET-CT) imaging findings in a 20-year-old female. The diagnosis was made with PET-CT and she underwent curative surgical resection after that.

咳出毛发(毛发咳出症)是一种罕见症状,但对于伴有气管支气管瘘的畸胎瘤具有诊断意义。我们在此报告一例罕见病例,是关于一名20岁女性的氟脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层扫描/计算机断层扫描(PET-CT)影像表现。通过PET-CT做出诊断,之后她接受了根治性手术切除。
