Abstract

Chinese Society of Hepatology and Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases, Chinese Medical Association update the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of chronic hepatitis B (version 2022) in 2022. The latest guidelines recommend more extensive screening and more active antiviral treating for hepatitis B virus infection. This article interprets the essential updates in the guidelines to help deepen understanding and better guide the clinical practice.

中华医学会肝病学分会和中华医学会感染病学分会于2022年更新了《慢性乙型肝炎防治指南（2022年版）》。最新指南建议对乙肝病毒感染进行更广泛的筛查和更积极的抗病毒治疗。本文解读了指南中的重要更新内容，以帮助加深理解并更好地指导临床实践。
