Abstract

The incidence of cases of acoustic neuroma that are manifested as sudden deafness or progressive sensorineural hearing loss was investigated. The findings of the stapedius reflex test, the auditory brain stem response test and the caloric test were analyzed, and the procedure for the diagnosis of acoustic neuroma was discussed.
