Abstract

We describe the synthesis of functionalized furans using the concept of the extended Corey-Chaykovsky reaction. Namely, β,β-disubstituted α,β-unsaturated ketones were treated with dimethylsulfonium methylide to give vinyloxiranes, which immediately rearranged into the corresponding furans. The developed approach allows for synthesizing a broad range of unsymmetrically di- and trisubstituted furans containing various functionalities in the core.

我们描述了利用扩展的Corey-Chaykovsky反应概念合成功能化呋喃的方法。具体而言,将β,β-二取代的α,β-不饱和酮与二甲基硫叶立德反应生成乙烯基环氧乙烷,其会立即重排为相应的呋喃。所开发的方法能够合成一系列在核心含有各种官能团的不对称二取代和三取代呋喃。
