Abstract

An analysis of results of the surgical treatment of 826 patients with acute thromboses of bifurcation of the aorta and main arteries of extremities enabled the author to draw a conclusion that indications for radical reconstructive operations should become wider. This can twice reduce the incidence of the development of gangrene and 1.5 times-lethality. The optimal method of treatment of acute arterial thromboses is thought to be thrombectomy in combination with shunts and prostheses.

摘要

对826例主动脉分叉及四肢主要动脉急性血栓形成患者的外科治疗结果进行分析后，作者得出结论，根治性重建手术的适应证应扩大。这可使坏疽发生率降低两倍，致死率降低1.5倍。急性动脉血栓形成的最佳治疗方法被认为是血栓切除术联合分流术和假体植入术。
