Long-term results (up to 3 years) of reconstructive-restorative operations on 52 patients with acute thromboses of extremity arteries of atherosclerotic etiology are analyzed. Results of lumbar sympathectomy were followed in 17 patients who had lesions of the distal bed of the extremity preventing reconstructive-restorative operations. Results of operative measures at remote periods were not very comforting. The results can be improved by perfecting the dispensary observation of the patients, detection of latent forms of vascular insufficiency which can be treated conservatively as well as prophylactics and treatment of atherosclerosis.
分析了52例动脉粥样硬化病因导致的肢体动脉急性血栓形成患者进行重建-修复手术的长期结果（长达3年）。对17例因肢体远端床病变而无法进行重建-修复手术的患者进行了腰交感神经切除术的结果观察。远期手术措施的结果并不十分令人满意。通过完善对患者的门诊观察、检测可保守治疗的潜在血管功能不全形式以及动脉粥样硬化的预防和治疗，可以改善结果。
