Hemosorption was carried out in 34 cancer patients. Levels of circulating immune complexes, blastogenic reaction of lymphocytes and E--RFC concentration were assayed before and after treatment. Hemosorption was followed by a significant decrease in circulating immune complex level and an improvement in cell-mediated immunity, which appeared to be in correlation with immediate clinical effect. Thus, hemosorption should be regarded as a deblocking therapy procedure.
对34例癌症患者进行了血液吸附治疗。在治疗前后检测了循环免疫复合物水平、淋巴细胞的增殖反应以及E-玫瑰花结形成细胞（E-RFC）浓度。血液吸附治疗后，循环免疫复合物水平显著降低，细胞介导的免疫功能得到改善，这似乎与即刻的临床疗效相关。因此，血液吸附应被视为一种解除阻滞的治疗方法。
