Abstract

We have synthesized a series of Ni-doped layered oxyselenides BiYOCuNiSe (0 ≤ ≤ 0.4). The crystal structure and physical properties were studied through X-ray diffraction, and electric and thermo transport measurements. We also performed DFT calculations to study the electric structure of the designed BiYONiSe, which is similar to that of KNiSe.
