To investigate the humanistic care consciousness and ability of outpatient and emergency nurses in tertiary Grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou City. In June 2021, a total of 345 outpatient and emergency nurses from 6 tertiary Grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou City were selected as the survey objects by random number table method. The humanistic care ability of outpatient and emergency nurses was investigated. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors influencing the humanistic care ability of outpatient and emergency nurses. The total score of humanistic care ability of outpatient and emergency nurses in Zhengzhou tertiary Grade A hospital was (194.18±30.53). The scores of humanistic care ability of outpatient and emergency nurses with different gender, age, educational background, professional title, length of service, night shift frequency, marital status, children's status, employment patterns and average monthly household income were significantly different (<0.05). Regression analysis showed that education background, length of service, professional title and night shift frequency were independent influencing factors for outpatient and emergency nurses' humanistic care ability (=0.243, 0.139, 0.163, -0.126, <0.05) . At present, the humanistic care ability of outpatient and emergency nurses in tertiary Grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou City is still low. Education, length of service, professional title and night shift frequency are independent influencing factors affecting the humanistic care ability of nurses.
调查郑州市三级甲等医院门诊及急诊护士的人文关怀意识与能力。2021年6月，采用随机数字表法，选取郑州市6家三级甲等医院的345名门诊及急诊护士作为调查对象，对门诊及急诊护士的人文关怀能力进行调查，并采用多元线性回归分析影响门诊及急诊护士人文关怀能力的相关因素。郑州市三级甲等医院门诊及急诊护士人文关怀能力总分为（194.18±30.53）分。不同性别、年龄、学历、职称、工作年限、夜班频次、婚姻状况、子女情况、用工形式及月均家庭收入的门诊及急诊护士人文关怀能力得分差异有统计学意义（<0.05）。回归分析显示，学历、工作年限、职称及夜班频次是门诊及急诊护士人文关怀能力的独立影响因素（=0.243，0.139，0.163，-0.126，<0.05）。目前，郑州市三级甲等医院门诊及急诊护士人文关怀能力仍较低，学历、工作年限、职称及夜班频次是影响护士人文关怀能力的独立因素。
