To explore the clinical implication of serum CDC42 in asthmatic children. Serum CDC42 from 80 asthmatic children experiencing exacerbation, 80 asthmatic children in remission and 40 healthy controls was detected by ELISA. CDC42 was highest in asthmatic children experiencing exacerbation followed by asthmatic children in remission and healthy controls (p < 0.001). Among asthmatic children experiencing exacerbation, CDC42 positively correlated with exacerbation severity (p = 0.011), Th2 (p = 0.017), TNF-α (p < 0.001), IL-6 (p = 0.009) and IL-8 (p = 0.008) and negatively correlated with Th1/Th2 ratio (p = 0.028). In asthmatic children in remission, CDC42 correlated with lower Th1/Th2 ratio (p = 0.028) and higher TNF-α (p = 0.026). In healthy controls, CDC42 showed no correlation with Th1/2 or inflammatory cytokines. Circulating CDC42 reflects exacerbation risk, Th1/2 imbalance and inflammation in asthmatic children.
目的
探讨血清 CDC42 在哮喘患儿中的临床意义。
方法
采用 ELISA 法检测 80 例哮喘急性发作患儿、80 例哮喘缓解期患儿和 40 例健康对照者血清 CDC42。
结果
哮喘急性发作患儿血清 CDC42 水平最高，其次为哮喘缓解期患儿，健康对照组最低（p<0.001）。在哮喘急性发作患儿中，血清 CDC42 与病情严重程度（p=0.011）、Th2（p=0.017）、TNF-α（p<0.001）、IL-6（p=0.009）、IL-8（p=0.008）呈正相关，与 Th1/Th2 比值（p=0.028）呈负相关。在哮喘缓解期患儿中，血清 CDC42 与较低的 Th1/Th2 比值（p=0.028）和较高的 TNF-α（p=0.026）相关。在健康对照组中，血清 CDC42 与 Th1/2 或炎症细胞因子无相关性。
结论
循环 CDC42 反映了哮喘患儿的急性发作风险、Th1/2 失衡和炎症状态。
