Educational evaluation is one of the most significant programs of any organization. In fact, evaluating training effectiveness allows managers and staff of the organization to get a clear picture of the qualities of training activities. The purpose of this study was to evaluate virtual nursing intensive care training courses at Shariati Hospital based on the Kirkpatrick Model in 2020.
The current cross-sectional study is an evaluation of the outcome-oriented program to evaluate the results of the e-learning course on nursing intensive care at Shariati Teaching Hospital from March 20, 2020 to September 20, 2020. The total number of nurses working in intensive wards was 168, of whom 150 participated in this research study with convenience sampling. The data collection tool consisted of four-part questionnaires including demographic information and three levels of the Kirkpatrick Model.
The mean age of participants was 34.41 ± 6.63 years. The mean score of participant satisfaction was 76.77, indicating that they showed good reaction to virtual training courses. Virtual training course for intensive care nurses was statistically significant at the levels of learning ( < 0.0001) and behavior ( < 0.0001).
Virtual training courses are effective educational method based on three levels of Kirkpatrick's Model in intensive care nurses and it can be used along with traditional training approaches.
教育评估是任何组织最重要的项目之一。事实上,评估培训效果能让组织的管理人员和员工清楚了解培训活动的质量。本研究的目的是在2020年基于柯克帕特里克模型评估沙里亚蒂医院的虚拟护理重症监护培训课程。
当前的横断面研究是对一个以结果为导向的项目进行评估,以评价2020年3月20日至2020年9月20日在沙里亚蒂教学医院开展的护理重症监护电子学习课程的结果。在重症监护病房工作的护士总数为168名,其中150名通过便利抽样参与了本研究。数据收集工具包括一份四部分的问卷,其中包含人口统计学信息以及柯克帕特里克模型的三个层次。
参与者的平均年龄为34.41±6.63岁。参与者满意度的平均得分为76.77,表明他们对虚拟培训课程反应良好。重症监护护士的虚拟培训课程在学习层面(<0.0001)和行为层面(<0.0001)具有统计学意义。
基于柯克帕特里克模型的三个层次,虚拟培训课程对重症监护护士来说是一种有效的教育方法,并且可以与传统培训方法一起使用。
