Chiral allylic phosphines and -difluoroalkenes are both important structural motifs in various bioactive molecules, chiral ligands, and natural products. These two motifs are now integrated, and we herein report a straightforward and atom-economical enantioselective hydrophosphination of -difluoroallenes using disubstituted phosphines. A wide array of enantioenriched fluorinated allylic phosphines has been accessed with excellent regio- and enantioselectivity and high efficiency. Synthetic and catalytic applications of phosphine products have been demonstrated.
手性烯丙基膦和二氟烯烃都是各种生物活性分子、手性配体和天然产物中的重要结构单元。现在将这两个结构单元整合在一起，我们在此报告了一种使用二取代膦对二氟丙二烯进行直接且原子经济的对映选择性氢膦化反应。通过该反应已高效地获得了一系列具有出色区域和对映选择性的对映体富集的氟化烯丙基膦。已证明了膦产物的合成和催化应用。
