Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma following radiotherapy for Hodgkin's disease.

Two patients successfully treated for Hodgkin's disease with radiotherapy alone subsequently developed a non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. One patient presented with a pleural effusion and a paraprotein band, the second with recurrent lymphadenopathy. Their case histories are compared with the five others previously reported. Full investigation including biopsy is essential when recurrent lymphoma is suspected, as the results may influence management.
