At 22 weeks post-transplantation for HBV-related cirrhosis, an adult woman developed neutropenia which was aggravated by COVID-19 (ANC 0.4 × 10/L). Covid resolution and all "conventional" modifications were ineffective. Success within 2 weeks was achieved by switching entecavir to tenofovir alafenamide. A step-by-step judicious approach to post-transplant neutropenia is vital.
在因乙肝相关肝硬化接受移植术后22周时，一名成年女性出现了中性粒细胞减少症，新冠病毒感染（COVID-19）使其病情加重（中性粒细胞绝对值为0.4×10⁹/L）。新冠病情缓解以及所有“常规”调整均无效。通过将恩替卡韦换为替诺福韦艾拉酚胺，在2周内取得了成功。对移植后中性粒细胞减少症采取循序渐进的审慎方法至关重要。
