Abstract
Hemangiomas are benign tumors of vascular origin commonly affecting head and neck region. Laryngeal Hemangiomas are however rare and have no well-defined management protocols. We present an interesting case of a 42-year-old adult who was diagnosed as a case of Laryngeal Hemangioma based on clinical and radiological findings and was managed with local injection of sclerosing agent followed by CO Laser fulguration. The patient had a satisfactory outcome and remains asymptomatic.
摘要
血管瘤是常见于头颈部的血管源性良性肿瘤。然而，喉血管瘤较为罕见，且尚无明确的治疗方案。我们报告一例有趣的病例，一名42岁成年人，根据临床和影像学检查结果被诊断为喉血管瘤，采用局部注射硬化剂，随后进行二氧化碳激光烧灼治疗。患者预后良好，至今无症状。
