Abstract

In this paper, we report an eco-friendly approach for the C(sp)-H bond selenylation of imidazopyridines and other N-heteroarenes as well as simple arenes at ambient temperature. This new protocol consists of the reaction between (N-hetero)-arenes and the diorganyl-diselenides and trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA)-ethanol reagent system. In a short reaction time, the desired selenylated products were obtained regioselectively in good yields, with tolerance for a wide range of functional groups.

在本文中,我们报道了一种在室温下对咪唑并吡啶及其他氮杂芳烃以及简单芳烃进行C(sp) - H键硒化的环保方法。该新方法由(氮杂)芳烃与二有机二硒化物和三氯异氰尿酸(TCCA)-乙醇试剂体系之间的反应组成。在较短的反应时间内,可区域选择性地获得所需的硒化产物,产率良好,且对多种官能团具有耐受性。
