To establish an inductively coupled plasma-tandem mass spectrometry(ICP-MS/MS) method to determinate the titanium(Ti) in human urine samples rapidly.
By comparing different gas mode, ~(47)Ti was selected as the analysis element. Injecting NH_3 to the collision/reaction cell, swept by mass spectrum to determine the optimal mass spectrum conditions with the mass number of Q1=47, Q2=149(Ti ammonia hexamer). The mass spectrometry conditions of internal standard elements, integration time, reaction gas flow rate and data processing method and so on were optimized.
Ti had a good linear between 0.1-5.00 μg/L under the optimal analytical conditions. The detection limit was 0.1 μg/L. The RSDs of intra-day and inter-day were less than 10%, and the average recoveries were 93.7%-112.2%. The result of Seronorm Trace Elements Urine L-2 met the acceptable range.
The method is rapid, simple, accuracy, and suitable for the rapid analysis of titanium in human urine.
建立一种电感耦合等离子体质谱串联质谱法(ICP-MS/MS)快速测定人尿液样本中的钛(Ti)。
通过比较不同气体模式,选择⁴⁷Ti作为分析元素。向碰撞/反应池中注入NH₃,经质谱扫描,确定以质荷比Q1 = 47、Q2 = 149(Ti氨六聚体)为最佳质谱条件。对内标元素的质谱条件、积分时间、反应气流量及数据处理方法等进行优化。
在最佳分析条件下,Ti在0.1 - 5.00 μg/L范围内线性良好。检出限为0.1 μg/L。日内和日间相对标准偏差均小于10%,平均回收率为93.7% - 112.2%。Seronorm微量元素尿液L-2的检测结果在可接受范围内。
该方法快速、简便、准确,适用于人尿液中钛的快速分析。
