This study aimed to explore the value of T lymphocyte subset detection in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN).
In this retrospective analysis, T lymphocyte subsets in 186 CIN patients were detected. Venous blood T lymphocyte subsets were analyzed in patients with different CIN grades, and Spearman correlation analysis was conducted between CIN grade and T lymphocyte subsets.
(1) There were significant differences in the CD3, CD4, CD8, and CD4/CD8 levels before and 1, 2, and 3 months after treatment (<0.05). Furthermore, significant differences were found in CD3, CD4, CD8, and CD4/CD8 between every pair of time points (<0.05). (2) Comparison of human papillomavirus distribution in patients with different CIN grades showed <0.05. (3) The level of T lymphocyte subsets in the venous blood of patients with different CIN grades was compared, and significant differences were found, <0.05. Higher CIN grade was associated with lower levels of CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8, as well as higher level of CD8. (4) Spearman analysis showed that CIN grade was negatively correlated with the levels of CD3, CD4, and CD4/CD8 (<0.05) and positively correlated with the level of CD8 (<0.05).
The levels of T lymphocyte subsets were found to be closely associated with the severity of CIN. Therefore, the detection of T lymphocyte subsets in venous blood could be a valuable clinical tool for predicting the presence and degree of CIN.
本研究旨在探讨T淋巴细胞亚群检测在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)中的价值。
在这项回顾性分析中,检测了186例CIN患者的T淋巴细胞亚群。分析了不同CIN分级患者的静脉血T淋巴细胞亚群,并对CIN分级与T淋巴细胞亚群进行Spearman相关性分析。
(1)治疗前及治疗后1、2、3个月的CD3、CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8水平存在显著差异(<0.05)。此外,各时间点之间的CD3、CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8也存在显著差异(<0.05)。(2)不同CIN分级患者的人乳头瘤病毒分布比较显示差异<0.05。(3)比较不同CIN分级患者静脉血中T淋巴细胞亚群水平,发现存在显著差异,<0.05。CIN分级越高,CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8水平越低,而CD8水平越高。(4)Spearman分析显示,CIN分级与CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8水平呈负相关(<0.05),与CD8水平呈正相关(<0.05)。
发现T淋巴细胞亚群水平与CIN的严重程度密切相关。因此,检测静脉血中的T淋巴细胞亚群可能是预测CIN的存在及程度的一种有价值的临床工具。
