In this work, we successfully designed and synthesized a methoxydisubstituted bis(salamo)-type fluorescent chemical sensor BS, which can be applied as a highly sensitive and selective fluorescence probe for HCO and CO detection. The LODs of HCO and CO were experimentally calculated to be 5.4068 × 10 M and 4.4517 × 10 M, respectively. After relevant experiments, the sensing mechanism was investigated. Moreover, the application of the sensor in practice is explored, and the sensor BS can be loaded on portable test strips for ion detection. In the field of ion detection, salamo-like chemical sensors have been less studied compared to other sensor molecules, especially for the recognition and detection of anions. Therefore, this study will to some extent contribute to expanding the application of salamo-like compounds.
在本工作中,我们成功设计并合成了一种甲氧基二取代双(萨拉莫)型荧光化学传感器BS,它可用作检测HCO和CO的高灵敏度和高选择性荧光探针。经实验计算,HCO和CO的检测限分别为5.4068×10⁻⁶ M和4.4517×10⁻⁶ M。经过相关实验后,对传感机理进行了研究。此外,还探索了该传感器在实际中的应用,传感器BS可加载到便携式测试条上用于离子检测。在离子检测领域,与其他传感器分子相比,类萨拉莫化学传感器的研究较少,尤其是对于阴离子的识别和检测。因此,本研究将在一定程度上有助于扩大类萨拉莫化合物的应用。
