Three cases of Kirner's deformity in siblings are reported. Kirner's deformity consists in a palmar bending of the terminal phalanx of the 5th finger. The deformity is usually bilateral; the condition is congenital but the deformity is recognized in later childhood and has to be classified as osteochondrodysplasia.
本文报告了三例兄弟姐妹患基尔纳畸形的病例。基尔纳畸形表现为小指末节指骨向掌侧弯曲。该畸形通常为双侧性;此病症为先天性,但畸形在儿童后期才被发现,且必须归类为骨软骨发育异常。
