Abstract

BACKGROUND

As a common hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease, subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) has high mortality and disability. Delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI) is among the major complications after SAH, severely affecting the patient prognosis. Through bibliometric analysis, this study investigated the global research status, trends, and hotspots of DCI after SAH from 2013 to 2022, providing a scientific reference for researchers in this field.

METHODS

We searched the Web of Science Core Collection for articles and associated records from 2013 to 2022. The data were analyzed and presented using VOSviewer software.

RESULTS

This study covered 3436 articles, and the number of publications issued by DCI after SAH study increased annually. The United States published the most papers and had the highest number of citations. Harvard University and World Neurosurgery were the institutions and journals with the most published papers. Keyword analysis indicated that the recent research on DCI after SAH has focused on its pathophysiological mechanisms.

CONCLUSIONS

DCI after SAH has drawn increasing interest in academic circles during the past decade. This study presented an objective, systematic, and comprehensive analysis of the literature on DCI after SAH. Currently, the hotspots in this field focus on pathophysiological mechanisms.

背景

蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)作为一种常见的出血性脑血管病,具有较高的病死率和致残率。迟发性脑缺血(DCI)是 SAH 后的主要并发症之一,严重影响患者的预后。本研究通过文献计量分析,探讨了 2013 年至 2022 年期间 DCI 后全球研究现状、趋势和热点,为该领域的研究人员提供了科学参考。

方法

我们在 Web of Science 核心合集数据库中检索了 2013 年至 2022 年期间的文章和相关记录。使用 VOSviewer 软件对数据进行分析和展示。

结果

本研究共纳入 3436 篇文章,DCI 后 SAH 研究的发文量呈逐年递增趋势。美国发表的论文数量最多,被引频次最高。哈佛大学和 World Neurosurgery 是发表论文数量最多的机构和期刊。关键词分析表明,DCI 后 SAH 的近期研究重点是其病理生理机制。

结论

在过去十年中,DCI 后 SAH 在学术界受到越来越多的关注。本研究对 DCI 后 SAH 的文献进行了客观、系统、全面的分析。目前,该领域的热点集中在病理生理机制上。
