Abstract
We report the case of 5 year-old boy, presenting with acute pericarditis, wandering abdominal tumefaction and high eosinophil blood count. Clinical history and serologic tests arrived at the diagnosis of human hypodermyiasis. Pericardiac manifestations are so scarce in this kind of parasitosis, that we found of interest to relate a new case.

我们报告了一名5岁男孩的病例，该男孩表现为急性心包炎、游走性腹部肿胀和高嗜酸性粒细胞血症。通过临床病史和血清学检查确诊为人体皮下蝇蛆病。这种寄生虫病中心脏表现极为罕见，因此我们认为报告这一新病例很有意义。
