The clinical structure of the revealed neuropsychic disturbances has been studied on the materials of blanket examination of several thousands of employees at a large industrial enterprise. The leading place in the structure of neuropsychic morbidity was occupied by non-psychotic disturbances (81.4%). There was a marked prevalence of neuroses and residual organic disturbances of variable genesis. Slowly progressive forms prevailed among schizophrenics. A conclusion is made about the necessity of further improvement of psychoprophylactic measures among employees of industrial enterprises.
