The author has found that (1) alcoholic psychoses are more common in patients weakened as a result of somatic diseases; (2) the use of home-made strong beverages more frequent in rural areas causes alcoholic psychoses; (3) alcoholic psychoses in patients with Stage III chronic alcoholism run a more severe course; (4) to prevent the development of alcoholic psychoses it is necessary that the treatment of alcoholics in narcological rooms of the central regional hospitals be started at the first stage of the disease.
(1)酒精性精神病在因躯体疾病而身体虚弱的患者中更为常见;(2)农村地区自制烈性酒的使用更为频繁,这导致了酒精性精神病;(3)III期慢性酒精中毒患者的酒精性精神病病程更为严重;(4)为预防酒精性精神病的发生,有必要在疾病的第一阶段就开始在中央地区医院的麻醉科对酗酒者进行治疗。
