A case of malignant lymphoma arising in a patient with Hashimoto thyroiditis is presented. Computed tomography revealed a large, well encapsulated unilateral mass without adenopathy. The CT appearance in light of the clinical and laboratory data strongly suggested the diagnosis of lymphoma in favor of carcinoma.
本文报告1例发生于桥本甲状腺炎患者的恶性淋巴瘤。计算机断层扫描显示一个大的、边界清晰的单侧肿块，无淋巴结病。根据临床和实验室数据，CT表现强烈提示淋巴瘤的诊断，而非癌。
