Available information about bees of the genus in Central Asia is summarized. Twenty species are currently known from this area. Two new species are described: Astafurova & Proshchalykin, and Astafurova, Two species are newly recorded from Central Asia: Astafurova & Proshchalykin, 2022 and Bischoff, 1930. The hitherto unknown male of Astafurova & Proshchalykin, 2021 is described, and lectotypes are designated for Morawitz, 1875 and Popov, 1952.
