The study aimed to explore feasibility and effect of hospital-community online management on the medication management of elderly peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) during COVID-19.
A total of 160 patients receiving PD were randomly divided into the control (n = 80, outpatient follow-up management mode) and observation (n = 80, hospital-community online management mode) groups. The self-efficacy (General Self-Efficacy Scale [GSES]), medication adherence (8-item Morisky medication adherence scale [MMAS-8]), quality of life (kidney disease quality of life short form [KDQOL-SF]), and degree of depression (beck depression inventory [BDI]) before and after the intervention were compared.
After the intervention, the scores of GSES (4.20 ± 0.46 vs. 3.09 ± 0.33), MMAS-8 (5.82 ± 0.92 vs. 5.13 ± 1.25), and KDQOL-SF were significantly higher, whereas the BDI score (9.50 ± 2.86 vs. 12.08 ± 2.95) was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (p < 0.05).
Hospital-community online management presents good effects in the medication management of PD patients with ESRD.
本研究旨在探讨 COVID-19 期间针对老年终末期肾病（ESRD）腹膜透析（PD）患者的医院-社区在线管理模式对其药物管理的可行性和效果。
共纳入 160 名 PD 患者，随机分为对照组（n=80，门诊随访管理模式）和观察组（n=80，医院-社区在线管理模式）。比较两组患者干预前后的自我效能（一般自我效能感量表[GSES]）、用药依从性（8 项 Morisky 用药依从性量表[MMAS-8]）、生活质量（肾脏病生活质量简表[KDQOL-SF]）和抑郁程度（贝克抑郁自评量表[BDI]）。
干预后，观察组的 GSES 评分（4.20±0.46 分比 3.09±0.33 分）、MMAS-8 评分（5.82±0.92 分比 5.13±1.25 分）和 KDQOL-SF 评分均显著升高，而 BDI 评分（9.50±2.86 分比 12.08±2.95 分）显著降低（p<0.05）。
医院-社区在线管理模式在 ESRD 腹膜透析患者的药物管理中效果良好。
