Abstract

The first alkaline-earth metal thioborate-thiophosphate Ba(BS)(PS) was designed from Ba(BO)(PO) by S-O substitution and fabricated experimentally. The [BS] pseudo-layers formed in the structure contribute to the strong optical anisotropy and a large birefringence of ∼0.11 at 1064 nm. The results enrich the structural and chemical diversity of chalcogenides.

首个碱土金属硫代硼酸盐-硫代磷酸盐Ba(BS)(PS)是通过S-O取代由Ba(BO)(PO)设计而来,并通过实验制备而成。结构中形成的[BS]假层导致了强烈的光学各向异性以及在1064nm处约0.11的大双折射。这些结果丰富了硫族化合物的结构和化学多样性。
