Primary lymphoma of the ureter is extremely rare. We describe the contrast-enhanced CT and FDG PET/CT findings in a case of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma transformed from mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma limited to the left ureter. Contrast-enhanced CT showed 2 short-segment circumferential thickening and enhancement of the left pelvic and intramural ureteral wall. The thickened ureteral wall showed significantly increased FDG uptake mimicking urothelial carcinoma.
原发性输尿管淋巴瘤极为罕见。我们描述了一例由局限于左侧输尿管的黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤转化而来的弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的增强CT和FDG PET/CT表现。增强CT显示左侧盆腔段及壁内段输尿管壁有2处短节段环形增厚及强化。增厚的输尿管壁显示FDG摄取显著增加，类似尿路上皮癌。
