Abstract
The involvement of the ureter as a site of metastasis of colorectal cancer is quite rare. Here we present FDG PET/CT findings of the right ureter metastasis from colon cancer in a patient after colectomy 6 years ago. 18 F-FDG PET/CT showed increased 18 F-FDG uptake in the right ureter with SUV max of 4.3. The pathology and immunohistochemistry confirmed the diagnosis of ureter metastasis from colon cancer.

结直肠癌输尿管转移较为罕见。我们在此报告一例结肠癌术后 6 年患者右输尿管转移的 FDG PET/CT 表现。18F-FDG PET/CT 示右输尿管摄取增高，SUVmax 为 4.3。病理及免疫组化证实为结直肠癌输尿管转移。
