[Classification and the principles of the surgical treatment of the deformities of the upper lip and nose following the plastic repair of congenital clefts].

The author proposes a classification of deformities of the upper lip and nose after plasty of congenital clefts. Preliminary results of the treatment of 250 patients with the deformities of the upper lip and nose after plasty of the uni- and bilateral clefts have confirmed the positive estimation of the classification and prospects of possible use of the principles of planning reconstructive cheilorhinoplasty in clinical practice.
